- January 11, 2012 “Pre-Select” Applications due for ALL START DATES: June 2012, August 2012, and January 2013. The “Pre-Select” Application process is only available to USU didactic students. Students must use the on-line centralized internship application, DICAS.
- February 15, 2012 DICAS on-line application submission deadline for students participating in Spring 2012 match. Our program only does ONE match date a year. So students interested in any of the following start dates: June 2012, August 2012, and January 2013, must apply in the Spring 2012 match. USU DI participates in the DICAS system and the Computer Matching Process. USU D&D Digital match #440. Computer matching application deadline is also February 15, 2012. See Admission Requirements and Application Process for details.
- Sunday, April 1, 2012 Applicant Notification Day (6:00 pm CDT)
- Tuesday, April 3, 2012 Official Appointment Day
**Important: Applicants who receive a computer match DI appointment are responsible for accepting or rejecting the match by telephone or fax by 5:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time on the April 3, 2011 Appointment Day. See "Contact Information" for the telephone and fax numbers for the Internship Directors.
- Orientation Week 2012 will be held June 4-7, 2012 (Monday-Thursday); Orientation is mandatory for all interns regardless when they plan to begin training.
