- Tuition:
- Orientation Fee: $500 (paid once accepted into the program; non-refundable)
- Utah and Distance interns: $8,004; 2011-2012 (Includes Orientation fee + Tuition and fees)

- Utah State University didactic students are qualified to participate in the Pre-Select Application (USU DPD graduates only)
- Application deadline is mid-February (Pre-Select Application deadline is mid-December)
- Start-time and geographic flexibility; set up practice sites in the location and time-frame of your choice (USA only); Utah sites also available across all start dates*
- Full-time, minimum 36-40 hours/week
- Internet-based courses; earn 29 semester graduate credits
- Grades are based on preceptor evaluations, online lecture quizzes, online comprehensive component examinations, and assignments completed during each rotation throughout the Dietetic Internship
- >90% registration exam pass rate
- Mandatory one-week Orientation held in Utah
- Self-Directed Learning
- Application to be submitted through the on-line centralized internship application (DICAS)
- Participate in the April D&D Digital computer matching; one application time for ALL start times (June, August, and January)
- Upon completion of the internship, interns may apply for the Masters in Dietetic Administration (MDA) program.
